Coutts Crossing is a small rural village, positioned on the Orara River, just a short drive from Grafton on the Armidale Road.
14km from Grafton, 182km from Armidale, 70km from Coffs Harbour.
Just 45 minutes to the pristeen Beaches of Minnie Water, and Wooli.
Also only 50 minutes up to Yamba.
It's central location between such beautiful townships makes it great place for a midway stop whether you're heading North, South, East or West.

Whether it's playing a few rounds of Golf on the 9 holes set along the side of the Orara River at the Orara Golf Course, or a game of Croquet, Squash or Tennis if that’s more to you liking?
Maybe a spot of fishing? In season the Orara River provides fishing for Bass, or a short trip up the mountain will allow you to chase Trout.
For the more adventurous, we have the longest white water canoe trail just a short trip to Nymboida, or some high ropes challenges down south at Coffs Harbour.

Located centrally at 13 Armidale Rd, Coutts Crossing, The Coutts Crossing Tavern has (18) eighteen fully air conditioned rooms which are apart from but walking distance from the Tavern itself.
Single Rooms, Double Rooms, Multi Rooms (up to 3) and Disabled Rooms.
All at very competitive rates.
Our central location to most of the Clarence Valley tourist drives makes us a uniquely perfect place for a stop-over for all manner of Motor Bike and Car Clubs as we also have ample parking for displays and the showcasing of cars and bikes.
