Welcome to Coutts Tavern! By accessing our venue, services, website, and events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which outline policies for bookings, payments, conduct, and liability to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
1. General Terms

Coutts Tavern complies with Western Australian liquor licensing laws and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these laws.

Patrons must follow house rules, staff directions, and all safety regulations while on the premises.

We promote a family-friendly environment and expect all guests to act responsibly and respectfully.
2. Bookings & Reservations

Table & Event Bookings: Recommended in advance; walk-ins are subject to availability.

Accommodation:

Valid ID and payment method required at check-in.

Guests must follow check-in/check-out times.

Damage to rooms or property may result in additional charges.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Dining & event bookings require 24-hour notice for cancellation.

Accommodation cancellations are subject to the provider’s terms.

No-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

3. Drive-Thru Bottle Shop – SuperCellars

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) laws apply. We may refuse service if:

A customer is intoxicated or underage.

Valid ID cannot be provided when requested.

Alcohol cannot be purchased for or supplied to minors under any circumstances.
4. Community Markets – Stallholder Terms

Stallholders must provide their own equipment (marquees, tables, chairs, etc.).

Pre-booking & prepayment required – no walk-in stalls accepted.
-
Stallholders must hold valid public liability insurance and comply with safety/food regulations.

Coutts Tavern reserves the right to refuse stallholder applications to maintain market variety.
5. Conduct & Venue Policies

Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove individuals who breach these terms.

Damage, theft, or vandalism will result in removal from the premises and potential legal action.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
6. Liability & Disclaimer

Coutts Tavern is not liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow venue policies.

Theft, loss, or damage to personal property on our premises.

Cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions).

Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings while on the premises.
7. Amendments to These Terms
Coutts Tavern reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
